INNOVATION
The project adopts advanced technological innovations to address the challenges of the notoriously energy-intensive healthcare sector, especially in high-intensity medical care functions. One of the main innovations is the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), which is based on the possibility of computerising the entire life cycle of a building, offering a complete and transparent approach to project management.
In fact, BIM makes it possible to simulate building sequences, optimising time and resources, promoting accurate control of possible interferences between the different phases of the project and helping to reduce errors and delays during the construction phases. Furthermore, BIM enables real-time monitoring of work progress, ensuring efficient project management and the timely identification of any challenges to be addressed. Therefore, this approach improves the quality of the final work and contributes to the reduction of waste and the optimisation of resources.
